You've done a lot of things to try to feel better. This is different.

You're not here because you haven't tried. You've probably tried plenty — supplements, elimination diets, self-help, maybe medication. Some of it helped. A lot of it didn't stick, or didn't go far enough, or left you with more questions than answers.

What you haven't had yet is enough time with someone who can actually look at the whole picture.

That's what I offer.

WHO THIS IS FOR

This is for women who are done being told everything looks fine.

Who are in their 30s, 40s, or 50s and feel like something has shifted — in their mood, their body, their cycle, their energy — and can't get a straight answer about why.

Who are navigating perimenopause and don't know what's normal. Who have anxiety or depression that's hormone-driven and nobody has connected those dots. Who have PMS or PMDD that derails them every month and the only option offered was the pill. Who are exhausted, not sleeping, gaining weight, losing their focus — and keep hearing that their labs are normal.

You don't need more information. You need someone to actually sit with you and figure out what's going on. You need an evidence based plan that you can actually do.

Who I support

I work with women across their full hormonal lifespan — from PMS and PMDD, through perimenopause, menopause, and beyond. My main areas of focus:

  • Perimenopause & menopause (hot flashes, night sweats, sleep disruption, vaginal health, bone density, cognitive changes, metabolic and cardiovascular health & prevention)

  • Mood & hormones (anxiety, depression, irritability, PMDD — especially when these are cycle-related or worsening in midlife)

  • PMS & cycle irregularities

  • Fatigue, brain fog, burnout

  • Thyroid concerns

  • PCOS

  • Digestive health (IBS, bloating, gut-mood connection)

  • Weight concerns & body composition changes in midlife

  • Sexual health & libido

  • Athletes & active women (including REDs / relative energy deficiency)

If you're not sure whether what you're dealing with fits — apply anyway. The intake process is designed to figure that out together.

What it looks like to work together

Step # 1

New Patient Application

I use an application process because I want to make sure I'm actually the right fit for what you're dealing with. Fill out a short form with your main concerns and health history. If your application is approved, our Patient Care Coordinator will be in touch within 2 business days to book your initial appointment or let you know about current wait times.

Step # 2

Initial Consultation
(75 minutes)

This is where we start. Before we meet, you'll complete a detailed intake form — it’s long on purpose :) Please make sure you carve out some time to fill this out. Bring any supplements or medications you're currently taking, and send over any bloodwork from the past year.

In the appointment, we go through your full health story. Not just your current symptoms — your history, your cycle, your sleep, your stress, what's already been tried. I'll do any relevant physical exams, and we'll map out what testing, if any, makes sense. You'll leave with a clear sense of what we're investigating and some initial steps to start on right away.

Step # 3

Second Visit
(60 minutes)

Typically scheduled 4 weeks after your initial visit. We review any lab results together, clarify what's going on, and build out your full individualized treatment plan. This is where things get specific — what we're doing, why, and what to expect.

Step #4

Ongoing Care
(30–60 minutes)

Follow-ups are where the real work happens. We check in on what's working, troubleshoot what isn't, and adjust as needed. Frequency depends on where you're at — closer together early on, then every 1–3 months as things stabilize. The goal over time is that you need me less, not more.

Things You're Probably Wondering
